China Youth Daily reports that a robot performance program premiered in Guangzhou on September 30, with public shows scheduled for October 1–7 at the Guangdong Science Center. Humanoid robots perform group choreography alongside human entertainers, with robot-dog interaction and audience participation also on the program.

The event brings robotics into a public cultural setting. Coordinated stage performances demonstrate a specific application; they do not establish that the robots can work autonomously across unrelated everyday tasks.
